Welcome to the Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) Internet Homepage. PDC is a facility through which a trained staff of nurses and technicians provide quality service and support to children and adults with developmental disabilities such as mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism and related conditions.
